Nearly finished my first quilt

Hooray - I finally managed to find the camera and take some decent photos of my first ever quilt! I've done one side of the binding but am not very good at 'invisible stitches'. If anyone has a good link that could help me get to grips on this stitch I'd appreciate it.

The binding is a bit dodgy... there must be an easier way
I also took some piccies of the Lollipop quilt I've started.
Lollipops!

  3. Did you use a tutorial to make this? If so can you post a link? I really like this pattern design and would like to see if its something I could do from my upcoming baby.

  4. I had trouble with my first binding too.Look up the crafty gemini on youtube...she has really good tutorials and explains it well. This quilt is absolutely beautiful. I love the way you quilted it so close to the seam.

  6. Hello all. (Apologies for delay in replying!)
I bought this fabric online... it's the Moda "It's a Hoot" series.
And as it was my very first quilt I didn't follow any patterns... just sewed each piece together and hoped for the best!!
